At Bella Bru Baking Company, we make it easy for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and institutions to order fresh artisan breads and pastries. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about placing orders, deliveries, and payment terms.

For new wholesale accounts, here’s the quick path to getting set up:

1. Request product samples (optional).
2. Download and complete our Credit Application.
3. Place your first order following the guidelines below.

Our breads and pastries are artisan-made, which means there may be slight variations in size, shape, or color. We work within the natural constraints of fresh, live dough, but always strive for the highest quality and consistency.

All new wholesale accounts must complete our Credit Application form.

Please return your completed form by email (bellabrubakeryorders@yahoo.com) or fax (916-550-0672).

• All new accounts start on 14-day terms.
• Once your credit application is approved, ongoing terms will be honored.

Orders may be placed using any of the following methods:

• Voicemail: (916) 550-0040 (please clearly state your account name)
• Fax: (916) 550-0672 (please call to confirm receipt)
• Email: bellabrubakeryorders@yahoo.com (you will receive a confirmation email; if after hours, confirmations will be sent the next business day)

Required Lead Time

• 48 hours’ notice is required on all orders.
• Orders received after 2:30 PM will be processed the following day.
• Our baking schedule does not allow for same-day adjustments once production begins.

Delivery Schedule Examples

• Order by Monday 2:30 PM → Delivery on Wednesday
• Order by Tuesday 2:30 PM → Delivery on Thursday
• Order by Friday 2:30 PM → Delivery on Sunday

Cancellations must be made before the order deadline. Orders cancelled after production begins may still be subject to full charge.

• Deliveries are made daily by our experienced and trusted Bella Bru drivers.
• Standard delivery charge: $6.00 per order.
• Same-day emergency deliveries (when possible) carry a $12.00 fee.
• Emergency deliveries are subject to product availability and driver schedules.
• Most deliveries occur in the early morning hours so your products arrive fresh and ready for service.

• Monday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Orders and confirmations are processed during these hours only.

• We deliver 364 days a year.
• No deliveries on Christmas Day.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Please contact us for current order minimums, which may vary by delivery area.

Do you offer gluten-free products?
At this time, we do not produce gluten-free items in our bakery, as the risk of cross-contamination in our artisan facility prevents us from guaranteeing a truly gluten-free product.

What if my order is incorrect or incomplete?

Can I request product samples?
Absolutely! New and existing accounts may request samples anytime.
